Forums...again

I had taken down the other forums for a couple reasons. Firstly was lack of use and I try to keep our resource usage as minimal as possible so we get no complaints from our hosts (this isnt our only domain).
But the reason I have them up to begin with is for brothers and sisters who may need to talk in a safe environment, so I figured Id better put the forum back up just in case.
